However, in the rare event that you are not, or if your print arrives damaged, we offer a unique return experience designed to reflect the exclusivity of our art.

Our One-of-a-Kind Return Process

Each print from AJGreen Creative is a limited edition, hand-numbered and signed, making it a truly irreplaceable work of art. To maintain the integrity of this exclusivity, if you wish to return or exchange your artwork, we ask that you follow these steps:

1. Contact Us: Within 14 days of receiving your print, please contact us at [your email/contact info], providing your order number and reason for the return or exchange (whether it’s dissatisfaction or damage upon arrival).

2. Film the Destruction: Since each print is a limited edition, we require that you destroy the artwork to receive a refund or a replacement. This ensures that no two editions of the same print will ever circulate beyond their limited number. Below are five safe and effective destruction methods:

   • Ashes to Ashes: Safely burn the print until nothing but ashes remain. The entire piece must be consumed by the flames. (Always follow fire safety precautions and perform this outdoors or in a controlled environment.)

   • Blender Blitz: Use a high-powered blender or food processor to shred the print into an unrecognizable pulp.

   • Paper Shredder Destruction: Run the print through a paper shredder, then place the shredded pieces in a bucket of water and stir until they dissolve into a soggy pulp.

   • Tear and Soak: Tear the print into small pieces by hand. Then submerge the pieces in boiling water until the paper fibers separate and the ink dissolves, making the print completely unrecognizable.

   • Crush and Drown: Crumple the print into a tight ball and submerge it in water for several hours. Once the ink bleeds and the paper weakens, tear the soggy remains into tiny pieces.

   Make sure that the edition number is clearly visible in the video, and that the destruction is total and irreversible.

3. Submit Your Video: After filming the destruction process, send the video to [your email/contact info] with your order number in the subject line. Once we verify the destruction, we will issue your refund or ship a replacement print from the remaining editions.

4. Lost Editions Are Gone Forever: When an edition is destroyed, it is gone forever. For example, if edition 2 of 5 is destroyed, it will never be reprinted. If your destroyed print was the last available edition, you will not receive another one, as the print run for that artwork is limited and no extra editions will be produced just for a return.

Damaged Prints

In the unfortunate event that your print arrives damaged, please follow the same destruction process. Once confirmed, we will gladly send a replacement if available, or issue a full refund if the edition has sold out.

Key Points to Note

• Refunds or replacements will only be processed once we receive and verify the destruction video.

• Destroyed editions are gone forever: If you destroy a print, that specific edition will never be reprinted, and if it was the last remaining edition, you will not receive another one. The exclusivity of our limited editions means we do not print beyond the stated number of editions, ensuring their rarity and value.

• This return policy applies to all limited-edition prints purchased directly from AJ Green Creatives' website.

• If it is perceived that you are destroying prints to increase scarcity you will NOT receive a refund and will no longer be able to purchase prints.

• All original artworks(paintings, sculptures and watercolours) will be a more standard return process where you will be required to ship the artwork back.
